UGL-USA has acquired a DeBeers DiamondSure machine. This high-tech piece of equipment screens colorless and nearcolorless diamonds to detect whether the diamond is natural versus synthetic. The machine will let us know whether a diamond needs to be referred for more sophisticated testing, using the DeBeers DiamondView.
